I grew up at the Condor Hotel in Selva di Val Gardena, owned by my family, where from a very young age I learned that welcoming a guest means conveying warmth, attention, and care for every detail.
After graduating from the Raetia Language High School in Ortisei, I chose to further explore the communicative side of hospitality by earning a degree in Public Relations from IULM University in Milan. Driven by the desire to excel in the field, I then completed a Master’s in Hospitality Management at Glion in Switzerland, one of the world’s most prestigious hospitality schools.
My career developed in exclusive international settings that allowed me to grow professionally and strengthen my passion for the hotel industry:
- Hyatt Regency London (5 stars) – a 6-month internship in a cosmopolitan and highly professional environment
- Explora Rapa Nui, Easter Island (5 stars) – a unique summer experience in a remote and fascinating destination
- Sheraton La Caleta, Tenerife (5 stars) – three years in various roles, from concierge to front desk, eventually becoming Reservations Agent
- Adler Dolomiti, Val Gardena (5 stars) – one year at the front desk, where I combined top-level service with my knowledge of the local area
Alongside my experience at the Adler, I began my journey as a freelancer, starting with the management of my first two apartments, Ula Verda. From there, my passion turned into a real profession: helping by the management of the Wellness Residence Villa Leck, collaborating with Chalet Apartments Insignis, and supporting bookings for other accommodation facilities.
Today, I offer property owners the benefit of my international experience gained in top 5-star hotels, along with an in-depth knowledge of the mountain hospitality sector.
